Interior designer based in Lancaster.
Ashley McDonald is an Interior Designer based in Lancashire. Ashley has spent the past 20 years working across the beautiful English Lake District, the surrounding countryside and beyond.
Having worked closely with her clients to help them with their interior projects whether large or small, residential or commercial. Originally started her career in the world of soft furnishings. She was professionally trained at the highest level in the manufacturing of all aspects of contemporary and traditional soft furnishings. This meant Ashley worked very closely with talented interior designers and architects on large scale luxury projects helping them to achieve their desired look.
Having used her experience in the design industry and her unique knowledge of fabrics and textiles to help create understated, comfortable and inviting interiors.
Having spent such a lot of time in the Lake District with all its beauty and changing seasons, it’s hard not to use the raw natural materials, colours and tones that reflect that wonderful landscape, complimented with a hint of crisp modern detailing to create wonderful interiors.
